What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your departure day. We’ll always do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible — please just ask!

Is there parking on site?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all properties. There’s space for one car per unit, and extra parking is usually available on request.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes — beds are made up ready for your arrival and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Are the chalets and cottage self-catering?
Yes. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge (plus a freezer compartment or separate freezer depending on the unit).
We also provide basic cleaning supplies such as hand soap, washing up liquid, cleaning spray, a sponge, dishcloth, bin and food waste bags and tea towels as well as a couple of toilet rolls to get you started. -
Can I access the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from the park?
Yes! You can reach the coast path in either direction with just a 20-minute walk from Coastland. It’s ideal for walkers, photographers and wildlife lovers.

Do you allow pets?
Absolutely! All of our units are dog friendly.

Is Coastland family friendly?
Very! We have a 2-acre playing field with a wooden play fort, swings, football goals, our flock of friendly chickens and plenty of space to run around. There are picnic benches and a communal BBQ area for family evenings outdoors.

Where is the nearest shop or supermarket?
The closest small shop is in Lamphey (about 5 minutes' drive). For larger supermarkets and shops, Tenby, Pembroke, and Saundersfoot are all 20 minutes away and Tesco and Asda will deliver to the site.

Can we use BBQs?
We have a couple of charcoal BBQ's you are welcome to make use of during your stay, please let us know if you would like to borrow these. No disposable BBQ’s please.

How do I pay the balance of my stay?
There are a few easy ways to pay your balance — just choose what suits you best and let us know:
We can send you a secure payment link via our booking system.
You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card.
Or, if you prefer, we can charge the original payment card you used when booking (with your permission).

Who do I contact if I need help during my stay?
You’ll find us (Steve and Eira) around the site most days — we live here and manage everything ourselves. If we’re not nearby, you’ll find our contact details in the digital guide.

Is there Wi-Fi on site?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi, which has been recently upgraded to provide good coverage across the site. While speeds can vary slightly when the area is busy, it’s still ideal for streaming, browsing, sharing photos, and staying connected during your stay.
